简介
林霖教授现任新华都商学院院长,是闽江学院工商管理学科(福建省高原学科)学科带头人,福建省高校特色新型智库“互联网创新研究中心”首席专家,金融科技创新团队带头人,兼任中国金融工程学会理事、台湾财务工程学会理事、台湾财务金融学会理事、多国籍企业管理评论编辑委员、哈佛商业评论编辑委员等学术职务。专注于公司财务策略分析、跨国购并等领域研究,在国内外知名学术期刊发表研究成果数十篇,多次获得台湾科技部特殊优秀人才等奖励称号,并入选亚洲最佳财务管理教授,2019年获得福建省最高学术称号闽江********。
林霖本科毕业于台湾大学经济系(1991年),1995年获得埃塞克斯大学管理学硕士学位,随后在英国伦敦大学完成博士学位。2002应恩师之邀回台湾暨南国际大学任职,历任财务金融学系系主任、研究所所长、管理学院EMBA执行长,后于2011年被选任为台湾教育史上最年轻的管理学院院长。林霖教授还曾受聘于英国帝国理工学院,协助英国政府统计局处理绿色会计之推动对其经济生产力可能产生的影响。
教学研究之外,林霖教授也拥有丰富的业界经验。早在取得博士学位前,即在英国伦敦金融区Vensol Consulting担任企业金融师(corporate financier),从事财务策略管理及跨国并购顾问工作。曾参与中信集团寰宇万银信托基金的设计、风险基金及创业事业管理、以及协助传统公司转型和上市等投资银行业务。林霖博士对于公司财务策略、创业投资以及投资银行都有相当的国际实务经验。
