杨军,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
2001年毕业于河北大学生物科学专业并获学士学位;2006年获中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物学专业博士学位;2006-2008年加拿大Dalhousie大学地球科学系Killam博士后;2008年11月至今,中国科学院城市环境研究所研究员,创建水生态健康研究组。研究组注重科研人才培养,以生态健康为视角,聚焦水生态安全和微食物网,研究饮用水源地、景观水体等城市水环境微生态学问题,为城市水环境保护和生态管理提供对策与依据。先后承担科技部、基金委、中科院、福建省、厦门市等科研项目近30项,获得厦门市****基金和福建省****基金资助,发表学术论文100篇,包括ISME J、Microbiome、Environ Int、Water Res、EST等环境与生态领域SCI论文82篇。在水库型水源地水质保护与微型浮游生物生态过程方面研究结果引起国际同行关注,被国内外多家媒体报道。
