简历：
肖航博士、研究员、研究组组长，博士生导师。
2013年入选中组部第四批“青年****”引进人才。毕业于南开大学环境科学与工程学院，于1997年和2000年先后获得环境化学学士学位和环境科学硕士学位。2001年赴加拿大多伦多大学（UofT）化工与应用化学系求学，最终获得应用科学硕士学位和环境化学博士学位。2009年至2012年作为NSERC博士后研究员在加拿大环境部工作，主要从事大气采样技术开发及POPs远距离迁移转化机理研究，并协助指导研究生。2012年3月至2012年9月任多伦多大学士嘉堡分校ResearchAssociate。2012年9月起任中国科学院城市环境研究所研究员，研究内容涉及环境科学与工程的多个领域，包括环境模拟、采样技术与机理和环境监测。至今已在国际主流刊物EnvironmentalScience&Technology,，AtmosphericEnvironmental，JGR-Atmospheres等共发表论文与专著二十余篇。已经发表的论文被SCI他引超200次，H-index为7。主要学术成就及奖励包括：1）大气采样技术的开发及其机理研究，特别是开发了流通式采样技术，节能且适用于新兴污染物的监控；2）POPs的大气远距离传输机理研究，主要是环境因素、气候、气象条件对POPs迁移的影响；3）污染物物理化学性质的测量与评估，特别是新兴污染物物化性质的测量方法研究，及模型用理化参数的数值评估；4）环境模拟，开发与应用多介质逸度模型，比较同类别污染物的环境行为差异及其决定性因子。
