科研简介
唐点平,教授,博士/硕士生导师,“闽江****”****,德国“洪堡****”。2008年获西南大学分析化学专业博士学位,同年获德国“洪堡奖学金”资助,在德国慕尼黑工业大学从事博士后研究,2009年底回国,被聘为福州大学“闽江****”****,博士生导师。唐点平教授近年来主要从事纳米生物医药及纳米生物传感方面的研究,在肿瘤标志物检测、食品安全分析、环境监测等方面开展了一系列卓有成效的研究,并取得了一系列重要的研究成果,以第一作者或者通讯作者已在Analytical Chemistry、Nano Energy、Nano Letter、Advanced Functional Materials、Clinical Chemistry、Chemical Communication等国际权威刊物上发表SCI论文近200篇。现为Analytica Chimica Acta、Microchimica Acta和Scientific Reports等杂志的国际编委 (2016-2018年曾担任美国Analytical Chemistry杂志编辑顾问委员)。
近五年,本课题组主要围绕免疫分析中捕获抗体的固定方法、信标抗体的标记策略和固定载体等方面进行改进和创新,成功构建一系列新型免疫分析信号放大策略。具体学术成绩主要包括:(1) 在免疫传感探针构建方面:研制新型纳米材料,构建免疫传感界面,制备新型免疫传感探针,用于临床上肿瘤标志物及食品中生物毒素快速、灵敏的检测;(2) 在信标抗体标记技术研究方面:结合纳米标记和生物学技术放大策略,制备新型纳米标记探针,构型多重信号放大免疫分析策略;(3) 在免疫传感模式改进方面:结合物理学和化学生物学知识,构建新型免疫传感分析体系,实现对传统免疫分析模式的革新。
