杨政险,1976年3月生,安徽淮南人,教授,博士生导师,福建省“闽江****”****。博士毕业于荷兰代尔夫特理工大学土木工程与地质科学学院(代尔夫特理工大学是世界顶级理工大学之一,QS2019世界大学最新综合排名全球52,土木与结构工程学科排名全球第4),博士期间获中国国家海外优秀博士留学生奖。2007年起先后工作、学习于美国蒙大拿州立大学、美国华盛顿州立大学、荷兰代尔夫特理工大学及荷兰国家材料创新研究所。2017年以“建筑材料”专业学科带头人引进至福州大学土木工程学院,担任先进土木工程材料福建省高校工程研究中心执行主任,福州大学滨海基础设施腐蚀与防护研究中心主任,美国华盛顿州立大学土木与环境工程系兼职教授。
主持和参与包括美国和中国国家自然科学基金在内的科研项目20余项,获批总经费达350多万美元。已在Advanced Materials,、Cement and Concrete Research、Cement and Concrete Composites等国际知名学术期刊发表论文60余篇,其中第一或通讯作者SCI 论文26篇(总SCI影响因子超过70),申请专利5项,参编3本书籍章节;10多次参加国际大会并作报告,第一和通讯作者国际会议论文20多篇。谷歌学术统计近5年发表论文总被引用1000余次,单篇最高被引170余次,h因子15。现指导4名博士生,8名研究生。
杨政险博士在土木工程材料及耐久性领域,特别是在混凝土材料性能、多尺度微观结构以及钢筋混凝土结构的腐蚀防护和对策方面取得了一定的研究成果。开发了一类新的基于氨基酸改性的环保混凝土智能添加剂,并首次应用海洋等高盐环境中钢筋混凝土结构的腐蚀防护;自主设计开发了“钢筋混凝土腐蚀三联检测法及实时软件监测系统”;该新型测试法被荷兰皇家应用科学组织(TNO)资深科学家、荷兰代尔夫特理工大学教授R.B. Polder评价为“杨/Delft法”。该法同时得到国际混凝土耐久性研究领域权威专家,国际腐蚀工程师协会(NACE)Willis Rodney Whitney 奖获得者、RILEM前主席,西班牙建筑科学院前院长 C. Andrade 教授的高度评价,并受邀赴西班牙访问合作。
研究方向
1. 滨海长寿命高性能混凝土,包括:滨海基础设施耐久性及服役寿命预测、模拟及评估;钢筋的腐蚀机理、电化学检测及防护、混凝土的化学侵蚀及对策。
2.土木工程新材料、新技术及智能混凝土,包括:有机/无机杂化材料分子设计及功能化、自修复混凝土、光催化及纳米科技在建筑材料和环保领域的应用。
3. 水泥水化动力学、多尺度微观结构及界面化学。
4.固体废弃物在建材领域的资源化综合利用,包括:尾矿渣,淤泥及建筑渣土等工业废弃物及甘蔗灰,麦秸杆,贝类鱼壳等多种农业废弃物、生物质在水泥混凝土工业中的应用。
