回国后,培养了博士后、博士、硕士和本科生30多名。指导的博士生洪振生先后获得2011年中国青少年科技创新奖(福州大学首次获奖)、2012年卢嘉锡优秀学生奖、2012年宝钢优秀学生特等奖(排名第34位、化学化工学院首次获奖)和2013年福州大学优秀毕业生;指导的博士生和硕士生5人获得2012和2013年研究生奖学金;指导本科生的科技作品《花卉发电》获得2011年全国大学生挑战杯科技竞赛三等奖;指导本科生获得2012年“挑战杯”福建省大学生创业计划竞赛银奖;指导本科生论文《介孔碳复合物在锂电池中的应用》获得2012年特优毕业论文。
