主要研究方向:
1. 微生物天然产物的发现与基因组挖掘:我们利用真菌或放线菌基因组的信息,通过基因激活技术和异源表达手段,挖掘出新颖天然产物;
2. 工业微生物的基因工程与代谢工程:我们的研究包括菌种的选育、基因工程和代谢工程的改造以实现从实验室到生产的衔接,产品包括酶和代谢产物。
