研究简介
本研究组主要综合运用结构生物学手段解析重要功能蛋白的空间结构,通过高分辨率结构深入阐释蛋白机器的作用机制,进而理解其生物功能或病生机理,成果以第一作者在NatureNature Structural & Molecular Biology等、以通讯作者在Plant Cell等杂志上发表。
在蛋白质结构与功能的基础上,结合计算生物和化学合成等手段,设计开发基于特定蛋白靶的分子调控性药物以及运载系统,以实现靶蛋白的应用及改造,主要致力于新型疫苗、抗体、多肽和小分子药物等及其功能运载体的研发,成果以通讯作者发表在Biomaterials等杂志。
