个人简介:黄义德,副教授,硕士生导师。

教育经历:1995年福建师范大学生物教育本科毕业,2001年获理学硕士,专业微生物学与生物化学,2005-2008年在福建农林大学攻读博士学位,专业生物化学与分子生物学。

工作经历:1995-2001年,福建师大新技术开发总公司任助工,工程师。2002年至今,福建师大生命科学院讲师、副教授。其间分别到美国北亚利桑那大学(Northern Arizona University)和英国爱丁堡大学(University of Edinburgh)癌症研究中心进修学习。

教学:现承担 “分子生物学”、“分子生物学实验”“生化分离技术导论”等教学,省级“分子生物学”精品课程主讲教师之一。获福建省高等学校优秀教学成果奖二等奖2项;获学校2013年度本科课堂教学优秀奖;2011年指导“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛获全国三等奖。编著出版《分子生物学》和《分子生物学实验》2部教材,《分子生物学》参编;《分子生物学实验》主编。

研究方向:
(1)毕赤酵母(Pichia pastoris)表达系统研究
主要研究工作:毕赤酵母表达外源蛋白时细胞生理化学变化的分子机制、毕赤酵母提高外源蛋白的工程化改造、利用毕赤酵母表达系统生产活性蛋白和小分子化合物。
(2)癌症疾病研究
主要研究工作:癌症疾病发生发展的相关分子机制、抗体药物对癌症疾病的治疗和早期诊断。
(3)新型光动力治疗材料的开发与生物应用
主要研究工作:新型光动力治疗材料的开发、光动力治疗材料在抗肿瘤和抗菌方向的应用。
