王艺伟，福建漳州人，1985 年 11 月生，2014 年 6 月毕业于福州大学化学学院，获理学博士学位。现任福建农林大学食品科学学院营养系讲师。2015
年入选福建农林大学“金山学者”青年学术新秀。
研究方向：纳米生物传感技术在食品安全、生物医药和环境监测等领域的应用。近年来发表SCI 论文 8 篇。主持福建省自然科学基金面上项目 1 项，福建农林大学博士青年教师科研启动项目 1
项，高水平大学建设项目子课题 2 项。
