现任福建农林大学动物科学学院(蜂学学院)教授,博士生导师,副院长。农业农村部现代农业产业技术体系(蜂)岗位科学家;中国养蜂学会蜜蜂保护专业委员会副主任;中国蜂产品协会蜂产品生产专业委员会副主任;福建省
养蜂学会副会长;《环境昆虫学报》和《中国蜂业》编委。主要从事蜜蜂病害防治方面的教学与科研,主持或参与国家自然科学基金项目等国家级和省级项目多项,发表学术论文 90 余篇,出版
教材和专著 9 部,获授权专利 10 余项。获科技成果 1 项(合作);河南省科技进步奖
二等奖 1 项(合作);河南省教育厅科技成果奖二等奖 1 项(合作)。

研究领域及方向:
主要从事蜜蜂及其病原分子生物学、组学、蜜蜂疾病防控等方面的研究。
