个人简历（含学习和工作经历+简介）
朱翔杰，硕士生导师。1999 年起，在福建农林大学蜂学学院蜂学专业学习，2009年获经济昆虫专业农学博士学位。2009
年起从事蜂学高等教育工作。主讲蜂学专业本科专业核心课程《蜜蜂饲养管理学》，《蜜蜂生态学》专业课程，《蜜蜂种群遗传学》研究生课程。2012-2013
年，赴美国密歇根州立大学昆虫系，做访问学者。国家蜂产业技术体系蜜蜂饲养与机具功能研究室主要成员，重点集成中蜂规模化饲养技术。 2012-2017
年担任中国养蜂学会蜜蜂饲养管理专业委员会副主任兼秘书长，2018
年至今担任主任。主要参与编写《蜜蜂安全生产技术指南》和《现代高效蜜蜂养殖实战方案》，从事中蜂种群遗传资源和与生产相关的蜜蜂生态学研究，主持福建省自然科学基金、参与科技支撑计划项目、国家自然科学基金等多
项课题研究，发表论文 30 多篇。承担学院或地方蜂业管理单位组织的蜂农培训任务。

研究领域及方向：
福建农林大学蜜蜂生态学研究团队由周冰峰教授创立，自上世纪 90
年代起开展蜜蜂生态学方向的研究。研究领域涵盖东方蜜蜂种群生态学和种群遗传学，温度对蜜蜂发育影响，蜂巢温度的分布、变化规律和社会性巢温调节行为。20
多年的研究积累，奠定了团队在蜜蜂生态学领域的研究基础。
本团队研究的重点问题：东方蜜蜂遗传分化机制、东方蜜蜂起源与进化、蜜蜂遗传多样性、我国东方蜜蜂遗传资源的保护与利用；温度对蜜蜂发育影响的生理机制和分子机制；蜂巢温度调节和变化规律。
