柑桔抗病基因工程育种与转基因生物安全控制技术研究
博士,副研究员。2000年至今一直从事柑橘分子生物学、抗病基因工程育种和转基因植物生物安全控制新技术的研究,先后参与主研各类项目10余项。现主要从事柑橘黄龙病与寄主互作的分子机制和相关功能基因的研究。2003-2010年,在西南大学生物技术中心攻读硕博士研究生(硕博连读),在这期间先后参与了5项国家自然科学基金项目(项目批准号:**;**;**;**;**)的研究工作。2010年,获得农学博士学位。目前主持一项国家自然科学基金面上项目

专长:柑桔抗病基因工程育种与转基因生物安全控制技术研究

个人简介博士,副研究员。2000年至今一直从事柑橘分子生物学、抗病基因工程育种和转基因植物生物安全控制新技术的研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金2项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项、重庆市自然科学基金2项。以通讯作者和第一作者在《Plant Biotechnology Journal》、《The Plant Journal》、《Horticulture Research》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》、《International Journal of Molecular Sciences》等国际国内知名期刊上发表论文30余篇,其中发表SCI收录论文15篇,获得国家发明专利3项,参编国际基因组编辑技术专著《Plant Genome Editing with CRISPR Systems: Methods and Protocols》1部。现主要从事柑橘黄龙病、溃疡病与寄主互作的分子机制和CRISPR/Cas9介导柑橘基因组定点编辑技术的研究。在世界上,首次利用CRISPR/Cas9技术成功定点敲除柑橘感病基因CSLOB1启动子中溃疡病pThA致病因子的识别序列EBE,获得抗柑橘溃疡病突变体育种材料,该研究成果发表在国际权威刊物《Plant Biotechnology Journal》上。
主要研究领域1、利用基因组、转录组、代谢组等现代分子生物技术,解析寄主(柑桔)应答黄龙病和溃疡病病原菌入侵和系统扩散的关键基因及其调控因子,挖掘柑桔抗病和感病关键基因,并通过转基因等技术研究其参与病原菌应答的调控网络和分子机制;
2、结合黄龙病与寄主(柑桔)的互作关系,从病原菌角度大规模筛选和重构柑橘异源新型抗性基因用于柑桔抗黄龙病和溃疡病基因工程育种研究,培育新型抗性材料;
3、利用CRISPR/cas9等最新的基因编辑技术,对柑橘抗/感病基因进行精确修饰和调控,培育抗黄龙病和溃疡病新品种。
