陈新平,男,1988年毕业于中国农业大学(原北京农业大学)土壤农业化学专业并获得学士学位,1993年毕业于中国农业大学(原北京农业大学)植物营养学专业并获得硕士学位,2003年毕业于德国霍恩海姆(Hohenheim)大学植物营养学专业并获得博士学位。现任西南大学资源环境学院国家级人才、博士生导师,任农业部肥料评审登记委员会第六、七、八届委员,中国农业科学院学术委员会第八届委员。
