个人简介： 祝清意，工学博士，副教授。分别于2009年、2014年获得重庆大学计算机科学与技术专业学士和博士学位，2017年12月至2018年12月澳大利亚迪肯大学访问。
主要研究兴趣包括网络安全、区块链、复杂网络、数学建模等。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金等国家级项目2项，主持重庆市科技局面上项目和重庆市教委科技项目各1项，参与国家级项目1项，省部级3项。在ACM Computing Surveys等国内外期刊发表学术论文20余篇，其中3篇入选ESI高被引论文，2篇论文分别入选2012年和2013年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文，Google学术引用次数900余次。参编译著2部，国内外发明专利授权5项。
担任IEEEInternetofThingsJournal，IEEEAccess，Journal of Network and Computer Applications, Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation，Applied Mathematics and Computation、Nonlinear Dynamics，Physica A，Applied Mathematics Letters，，Acta Mathematica Scientia等十余个国际SCI期刊以及多个国际会议的审稿人。
