个人简介： 蒋 溢，工学博士，教授级高工，主要从事物联网安全、移动互联网安全、服务计算、海量数据处理等领域的理论及应用研究。重庆邮电大学计算机科学与技术学院副院长，中国电力大数据创新联盟理事，重庆市电子学会常务理事，重庆市互联网联合会常务理事，重庆市云计算与大数据产业协会常务理事，重庆市移动互联网数据应用工程技术研究中心负责人，重庆高校“移动互联网大数据创新团队”带头人。在海量信息处理关键技术研发领域，作为第1负责人、第2负责人分别获得重庆市科技进步二等奖2项。作为负责人主持完成国家级、省部级课题多项；近年来，完成学术专著2部，在国际国内学术期刊发表论文40余篇；先后参与20多个大型国有企业委托横向软件工程项目。
Dr. Jiang is a professor of engineering in the college of computer and technology at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China. He received a PH.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interests include Security of IoT and Mobile Internet, Service computing, Mass Data processing, etc.
He serves as the associate dean of the college of computer and technology in CQUPT, the leader of Chongqing key laboratory (the Innovation team of Mass Data processing and Business Intelligence), the principle members of Chongqing cloud computing industry association, the committee member of China Institute of Communications.
Dr. Jiang has received two science and technology progress awards of Chongqing(second-class). He has published more than 40 research articles in international conferences and premier journals, and completed 2 professional books on network security. Dr. Jiang has undertaken a series of key research projects from national scientific research institutions, include National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Commission of Economy and Information Technology. Meanwhile, Dr. Jiang has completed many projects with many enterprises.
