一、基本情况
谢应涛,男,博士,副教授,1985年10月生,中共党员,四川达州。主要从事柔性IGZO TFT-AMOLED显示领域的材料、工艺及器件研究,研究方向主要有:(1)可溶液法的薄膜材料,包括纳米导电薄膜、有机绝缘层、高K氧化物绝缘层(ZrOx)和IGZO等氧化物半导体;(2)柔性薄膜晶体管器件(TFT)研制,包括有机薄膜晶体管(OTFT)和氧化物薄膜晶体管(oxide TFT);(3) TFT建模仿真和TFT驱动电路设计等。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项、省部级科研项目1项、校级科研项目3项,主研国家自然科学基金1项。发表SCI检索论文20余篇,申请发明专利40余项,其中授权专利10余项(包括美国专利5项)。

2016.7-至今 重庆邮电大学光电工程学院讲师
