李登峰老师的个人简介
李登峰：男，博士，生于1977年3月，四川阆中人，教授，凝聚态物理和光学工程方向的硕士生导师，重庆邮电大学学术带头人。目前研究兴趣在半导体纳米材料和器件的p型和n型掺杂、电学性质以及半导体器件的热稳定性理论研究。2003年硕士毕业至今在重庆邮电大学工作。?

1996-2000年，淮北师范大学，物理教育专业，理学学士。?
2000-2003年，福建师范大学，光学专业，理学硕士，光纤通信专业。?
2005-2008年，电子科技大学，光学专业，理学博士，从事半导体材料的力学、电学、磁学和光学性质的第一性原理研究。（2007年破格评为副教授职称）?
2010-2011年，清华大学，高级访问学者，从事半导体器件的热稳定性理论研究。（2011年破格评为教授职称）?
