个人简介
殷跃辉，男，56岁，二级教授，主任医师，博士研究生导师，国务院政府特殊津贴获得者，中华医学会心脏起搏与电生理分会委会常委。重庆医科大学附属第二医院心血管内科主任、重庆市心律失常介入诊疗质量控制中心主任、重庆市卫生局心律失常重点研究室主任、国家卫生与计生委心律失常介入诊疗培训基地主任、国家卫生与计生委冠心病介入诊疗培训基地主任。2011年成功主持申报国家卫生部临床重点专科，并成为学术技术带头人、重庆市学术技术带头人后备人选。2013年获得国务院政府津贴。2018年获重庆市首批医学领军人才。2019年获重庆英才·创新创业领军人才。
