黄坤林，男，中共党员，博士，教授，硕士研究生导师，副处长。重庆高校高级化学品绿色合成与应用创新团队负责人，央地共建智能材料创新团队负责人。主讲《有机化学》《有机合成》《学科前沿专题》《超分子化学》等本科或研究生课程。2013-2017年教育部高校教指委委员，重庆市本科高校教指委委员。重庆市优秀党员，重庆市教书育人楷模，重庆市优秀教师。

承担教育部科技重点、国家自然科学基金、央地共建、重庆市科委教委等课题近20项。《Chem Sci》《J Mater Chem A》《Angew Chem Int Ed》等国内外较重要期刊发表研究论文80余篇。发明专利20多件。重庆市自然科学三等奖1项，出版著作1部。指导本科/研究生主持重庆市创新研究课题5项。
