1982年于聊城师范学院物理系获学士学位;1988年于中科院物理研究所获硕士学位;1998年于中国工程物理研究院获博士学位;2000年中科院物理研究所博士后出站。曾于1991年8月至1993年12月在加拿大阿尔伯特大学做访问****。

北京物理学会第十五、十六届理事会理事;北京物理学会第十五、十六届高教理事会理事;中国科学院物理研究所客座教授;“十五”期间国家高技术863计划804方向专题专家组成员。
