将材料学与先进电子显微学相结合,综合应用高分辨电子显微学和高空间分辨分析电子显微学,并结合像模拟和电子能量损失谱的分析计算等,对材料纳米及原子尺度的显微结构进行研究,着重在相变、界面即畴界原子结构及应力应变状态、界面化学与电子结构等的研究分析工作,并研究材料在原子尺度的行为对材料制备与性能的影响。目前研究材料包括但并不限于功能薄膜材料如铁电和多铁性薄膜,磁记录多层膜,热电陶瓷等。
