潘德安,男,1979年7月生,江西人,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。
1997年9月-2001年7月:东北大学获环境专业学士学位;
2001年9月-2008年1月:北京科技大学提前攻博获材料物理专业博士学位;
2008年2月-2010年6月:北京科技大学材料科学与工程学院,讲师;
2010年7月-今:北京科技大学材料科学与工程学院,副研究员,硕士生导师。
自研究生阶段起开始从事纳米及复合材料制备研究,其中在博士期间从事磁电复合材料的制备及其性能的研究,其博士学位论文《层状磁电复合材料制备及性能研究》获2009年度北京市优秀博士学位论文奖,获2010年度全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖。中国再生资源产业技术创新战略联盟专家委员会委员。

1.肇庆市科学技术一等奖:高性能钕铁硼整体辐向磁环产业化关键技术(2012年,排名第七)
科研业绩:
1.首次在国际提出采用电镀方法制备层状磁电复合材料,既消除了粘接法中间粘接剂的不利影响(非刚性接触、疲劳和老化),增强了磁电耦合效应,又可制备复杂形状的样品;
2.协助研发并产业化实施无氰全湿成套工艺绿色回收废旧电路板工艺,淘汰了焚烧、酸解和氰化物提取贵金属等落后工艺;
3.协助攻克了废旧稀土发光材料酸解关键技术,正处于工程化验证阶段;
4.协助开发成功废铝易拉罐绿色“CANTOCAN”关键技术和装备,正处于工程化验证阶段;
5.协助开发成功冷轧铁泥和轧辊磨削料绿色再利用技术和装备,正处于产业化验证阶段;
6.协助开发成功含Cr不锈钢渣制备微晶玻璃关键技术,正处于工程化验证阶段。
