陈德朴教授

清华大学分析中心教授,博士生导师;

1970年3月毕业于清华大学工程化学系;

1988年7月在中国科学院化学所获得理学博士学位;

1995.7-1997.2在美国Miami大学高访;

发表论文约60余篇。

专业及研究领域:生命分析化学,生物材料化学;与生物芯片北京国家研究中心合作,进行芯片研究中DNA或蛋白质的高灵敏度检测、化学修饰与功能化。

正在研究的课题:

A. DNA、蛋白质分子的磁性功能化研究

采用溶胶-凝胶法与络合吸附法制备了表面包覆二氧化硅与上转换荧光纳米粒子的生物磁粒,再与DNA或蛋白质分子连接,制成荧光磁性修饰DNA或蛋白质分子。用于免疫分析及生物芯片研究中的生物分子的分离或检测。

B. 荧光纳米粒子标记法用于芯片DNA或蛋白质的光致发光检测

合成了ZnS包复的CdSe半导体纳米粒子(量子点),并将其共价交联于DNA、蛋白质等分子,用于DNA芯片、蛋白质芯片上生物分子的标记及检测。 量子点标记物克服了有机荧光染料的一些不足,因而具有很高的检测灵敏度。

上转换荧光纳米粒子是一类在红外光激发下,能发出可见荧光的材料。用于生物分子的分析检测,可大幅度降低检测背景,提高检测的灵敏度。合成了粒度均匀的NaYF4:Yb,Er; NaYF4:Yb,Ho; NaYF4:Yb,Tm; La2(MoO4)3:Yb,Er等上转换荧光纳米粒子,并用于芯片上生物分子的标记及检测。

此外,还合成了某些可在长波长下激发的荧光纳米粒子,如,掺杂Eu的CaS纳米粒子,长余辉荧光纳米粒子等,并探索了其作为荧光生物标记材料的可能性。
