研究领域
从事凝聚态物理实验研究。主要研究具有钙钛矿结构和尖晶石结构的电子强关联氧化物及其薄膜的输运、铁电、介电、超导、磁阻和多铁等 电、磁学特性,具体包括:
1、利用脉冲激光沉积和激光分子束外延的方法制备高质量的外延氧化物薄膜及其异质结;
2、研究薄膜中轨道、自旋、晶格、电荷和应力等自由度之间的相互作用及其对薄膜结构和物性的影响;
3、研究异质结中轨道、自旋、晶格和电荷在界面的外延关系;
4、研究外加电场、磁场和光场对体系性质的调控作用;
5、利用扫描探针显微镜研究外场 (电场、磁场、光场和应力场)作用下微观输运、电畴或磁畴的运动行为
