【教学】
《现代生命科学与生物技术实验》、《药物化学专题实验》
研究领域】
主要研究方向为肿瘤化学生物学,涉及肿瘤相关核酸分子探针研究、肿瘤细胞发生生长机理、细胞凋亡信号转导途径及抑制肿瘤细胞生长的抗癌药物研究等。首次建立了一种具有RNA剪切功能的适配体酶分子筛选系统,并利用此系统筛选出了对乳腺癌具有特异响应的分子探针,临床样品检测表明此探针对乳腺癌的筛查识别率达到了90%以上。建立了基于适配体的多种金属纳米粒子的分子探针体系,用于肿瘤相关生物分子的检测分析。首次在肝癌和乳腺癌中获得了以pokemon为中心的肿瘤信号传导网络,发现了一系列有效的抗肿瘤药物作用靶点和靶点组合,并提出了根据这些靶点进行抗肿瘤先导化合物的设计研发的方案。目前主要从事抗肿瘤药物先导化合物作用机制研究,肿瘤细胞生物标记物及肿瘤相关分子的识别检测等方面研究。主持承担了国家自然科学基金、深圳市基础研究等项目,作为项目主要研究骨干参与科技重大专项重大新药创制、科技部973计划、国际合作项目、科技部863项目、深圳市科技计划项目等科研项目多项。
