2008年10月-2013年10月,鲁汶大学ESAT-MICAS博士、研究助理
【教学】
主讲《模拟大规模集成电路》课程
【研究领域】
研究方向为模拟、混合信号和射频集成电路设计。博士期间作为技术骨干完成一项比利时国家科学基金会项目(FWO-V. No. 3E090447)和一项欧盟第七科技框架计划项目(EU-FP7-MORDRED)。现主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、深圳市科技计划项目、清华-鲁汶校际合作研究项目、院青年基金各一项。发表相关论文16篇,其中SCI论文6篇,包括集成电路领域最顶级期刊IEEE JSSC (IF>3), 顶级会议IEEE ESSCIRC、ASSCC。获国家授权专利2项;翻译教材一本。担任IEEE JSSC、IEEE TCAS II和Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing等国际期刊审稿人。
在集成电路设计方面的代表性创新成果有:提出了双步时间域模数转换器结构和双输入量化器结构,通过开环的电路结构和高度数字化的模块,解决了压控振动器的非线性问题,实现了稳定、低功耗的模数转换。在40nm CMOS 工艺下流片实现了世界上最低能耗的高速过采样模数转换器,相关结果发表在IEEE JSSC、IEEE TCASII上和IEEE ESSCirC 2013、2014上。
