个人简介 于瑞峰，管理学博士，清华大学工业工程系副教授，博士生导师，主要从事工作组织、视觉搜索与认知等管理工效学领域的教学和科研工作。
现任清华大学研究生招生委员会委员；中国人类工效学学会秘书长、常务理事; 国际人类工效学联合会（IEA）金砖国家联盟（BRICS plus），中方负责人；科技部创新方法研究会管理技术分会，理事；管理科学与工程学会工业工程与管理分会，理事；国家能源核电运营和寿命管理技术研发中心，专家委员会委员。
作为负责人主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目3项；1项国家科技支撑计划子项目；5项国际合作项目；以及30余项国内企事业单位委托研究项目/课题。作为第一、二作者已经发表国际和国内学术论文60余篇，其中30余篇被SCI或SSCI检索，担任多个国际和国内期刊编委。
