研究领域 超快光谱, 半导体光学, 微纳光子学和光电子学

研究概况 长期从事超快激光光谱和光电子研究,发展创新超快光谱技术,研究新型半导体材料与器件中的光电过程,以及低维纳米结构中的量子光电子学,发展新型光电器件。围绕上述内容,在SCI期刊发表论文60余篇,以第一或通讯作者身份发表在Science Advances 1 篇, Nature Communications 1 篇,Physical Review Letter 1 篇, Laser & Photonic Reviews 2 篇, Light Science & Applications 1 篇, Advanced Function Materials 5 篇等。所发表的论文中,5 篇被选为期刊内/后封面或卷首介绍,6 篇入选 ESI 高被引论文,一篇论文被选为 ESI“热点论文”, H 因子为 31。
