个人简介 刘金龙，1966年7月生，江苏盐城人，荷兰瓦格宁根大学农村发展社会学博士。主要社会兼职：国际林联林业经济与政策学部09:03:05协调员;亚洲森林文化和传统知识网络联合主席;韩国半岛绿化基金会顾问;;朝鲜人民民主共和国REDD+国家战略和行动计划顾问;民政部全国农村社区建设专家组成员;北京市农村社区试点建设专家组成员;农业部农业文化遗产专家组成员。
发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI或SSCI论文30余篇。
出版著作10余部，其中英文著作3部；
2013-8年，国家自科两项，人大重大一项，部委委托横向10余项。总经费400万左右。



所授课程 本科生：新生研讨课（2015-7），森林与环境（2009-2017），森林可持续经营（2017）硕士和博士研究生：质性研究方法（2009-2017）、林业经济管理博士主文献（2010-7）、林业经济与政策前沿（2010-2017）

学生培养 作为第一导师，培养博士生毕业6名，在读6人。作为合作导师，培养博士生在读4人（分别就读于荷兰瓦格宁根大学，加拿大哥伦比亚大学、多伦多大学，香港理工大学）作为第一导师，培养硕士生毕业超40人。

学术影响力 建立了与耶鲁大学、密歇根大学、伊利诺伊大学、加拿大哥伦比亚大学、瓦格宁根大学、哥廷根大学、佛罗伦萨大学在森林治理和自然资源管理研究的非正式合作网络。与首尔大学、京都大学、菲律宾大学、印度林科院等建立了森林治理、林业传统知识与文化的合作研究。近5年，20多次被邀请在美国、加拿大、日本、韩国、意大利、印度、印尼、菲律宾等地国际性学术会议发言，主办8次国际学术会议，主导了我国和亚洲的森林转型、森林治理、林业传统知识的研究。受邀到日本京都大学、加拿大哥伦比亚大学、老挝大学、韩国首尔大学、印度林业研究院大学等作专场学术报告10余次。

奖励与荣誉 2011年教育部优秀人才计划获得者。

社会兼职 国家发展战略研究院研究员，首都发展与战略研究院研究员。九三学社中国人民大学支社主委，九三学社北京市人口资源环境委员会副主任、海淀区区委委员、教育委员会主任。全球生物多样性和生态服务评估专家组领衔专家；韩国首尔大学兼职教授，荷兰瓦格宁根大学兼职教授；加拿大哥伦比亚大学、多伦多大学博导；国际林联林业经济与政策学部09:03:05协调员，森林与人工作组成员；亚洲森林文化和传统知识网络主席；韩国半岛绿化基金会顾问；朝鲜人民民主共和国REDD+和森林景观恢复国家战略和行动计划顾问。民政部全国城乡社区建设专家组成员；农业部农业文化遗产专家组成员；国家林业局长远战略规划专家组成员。

Individual Resume Prof. Liu received his Ph.D in Rural Development Sociology (2006) from the Wageningen University, Master’s degree in Agroforestry (1990), and B.S. in Forestry Sciences (1987) from Nanjing Forestry University. He was visiting scholar to Guelph University Canada (1999) and senior visiting scholar to University of British Colombia.Prof. Liu was employed by the Chinese Academy of Forestry during in 1990-2008, as a researcher in the Sustainable Forestry Research and Development Centre, a sort of think tank for supporting Chinese government in international forestry issues. Dr. Liu was employed by Renmin University of China as a Professor of forestry economics and policy since 2008, and Director, Centre of Forestry, Environmental and Resources Policy Study since 2011, Department Head, Department of Forestry and Environmental Economics since 2014. Adjunct Professor, National Seoul University, ROK since 2016.
