个人简介
  李佳洁2008年于美国田纳西大学获得食品科学与技术博士学位。她的研究领域集中在食品安全治理、食品政策、食品安全风险交流及食育等方面。她的具体工作主题包括儿童食品安全治理、儿童家长食品安全风险交流策略、儿童食育以及食用农产品安全规制等。近几年她先后主持了国家社科基金项目《社会共治视角下农村儿童食品安全治理体系研究》、教育部人文社科规划项目《我国农村地区儿童零食食品安全风险分析及监管制度创新研究》、中国人民大学年度项目面上项目《农村儿童家长食品安全系统性风险认知与风险交流策略研究》、农业农村部委托项目《国家农产品质量安全县高质量发展创建指导咨询与能力建设》等14项研究课题。已在国内外期刊包括Food Policy, Health Communication, British Food Journal等发表论文30余篇。

Individual Resume Jiajie Li received her Ph.D. (2008) from the Department of Food Science, the University of Tennessee, USA. Her research focused on food policy, food safety regulation, food safety risk communication and food education. The substantive topics of her work include children’s food safety regulation, food safety risk communication strategy with parents, food education with children, and agri-food safety regulation. Dr Li’s recent projects include research on rural food safety regulation system for protecting rural children from the perspective of social co-governance (supported by National Social Science Foundation of China), research on rural children’s food safety risk analysis and regulation system innovation (supported by the Ministry of Education of Humanities and Social Science Project), research on rural parents’ food safety risk perception and risk communication strategy (supported by the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, and the Research Funds of Renmin University of China), and research on capacity building of developing agri-foods with high quality and safety in the county level (supported by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs). Dr Li has published over 30 articles in national and international journals, such as Food Policy, Health Communication, and British Food Journal.
