摘要:类固醇激素是一类典型的环境内分泌干扰物(endocrine disrupting chemicals,EDCs),具有极强的内分泌干扰效应和生物活性,因其在各种环境介质中频繁被检出,近几十年来受到了人们的广泛关注。本文系统综述了环境中类固醇激素的主要来源、途径与污染现状及其环境行为,并对未来研究方向进行展望。

Abstract:Steroid hormones are typical endocrine disrupting contaminants (EDCs) with strong endocrine disrupting effects and high biological activities. Due to their frequent detection in various environmental matrices, steroid hormones have received widespread attention over the past few decades. This paper systematically reviews the main sources, occurrence and fate of steroid hormones in the environment. The future directions and needs are also proposed.
