生态学博士,中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员,博士生导师。主要从事景观与区域生态学研究,以往科研经历多集中于探讨脆弱山地降雨特性和下垫面土地利用/景观格局演变的生态水文响应机制。主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目、重大基金专题、科技支撑计划、环保部生态环境评估课题等多项课题。发表论文100余篇(SCI论文50多篇),主(参)编专著4部,发明专利2项。在人地耦合与作用关系、降雨格局定量分类、极端气候事件的发生规律及其驱动、土地利用/植被演替的生态影响、旱区植被恢复与水土保持的调控策略、地表水文多尺度效应等方面有系统研究和浓厚兴趣。当前尤其关注中国和全球尺度梯田景观分布格局及其对生态系统服务和人类福祉的综合影响,并着力探讨其可持续性。
