1999在浙江大学生物医学工程系获得工学学士学位,1999年至2002年在温州第三人民医院担任助理工程师,2005年在浙江大学心理学系获得教育学硕士学位,2005年至2006年在温州医学院心理学系任教,2006年至2007年浙江大学心理系博士在读,2007年9月至2009年8月在德国慕尼黑大学实验心理学系留学,2010年5月获得慕尼黑大学哲学博士学位。2009年至2011年在北京大学心理学系从事博士后研究。2011年9月-2015年7月任北京大学心理学系讲师。
