北京大学国家发展研究院管理学教授,BiMBA商学院管理学教授兼学术委员会主任,发树讲席教授。马浩教授于1987年毕业于北京工业学院,获得管理工程学士学位。1989年1月毕业于中美合办黄河大学经济管理专业研究生班,并留校任教。1989年秋赴美留学,入读德克萨斯大学奥斯汀校区商学院管理系,于1994年毕业,获战略管理学博士学位。同年秋季受聘于美国博然特商学院管理系,任助理教教,2000年晋升副教授并获终身聘用教职。其后,曾出任美国伊利诺依大学春田校区管理学教授,日本名古屋商科大学研究生院教授,香港科技大学组织管理系访问学者,北京大学光华管理学院以及上海中欧国际工商学院MBA项目访问教授。

马浩教授目前的主要研究领域是企业的经营战略管理,尤其是竞争优势的实质和起因,竞争动态分析,多点市场竞争与合作战略,商业模式与企业创新管理,以及企业领导决策模式等。他在北美和欧洲的英文管理学期刊上已经发表近20篇论文,并数次获得美国东部管理学会和美国竞争力学会的最佳论文奖。主要讲授的课程包括战略管理总论,竞争与合作战略,商业模式创新,复杂组织中的管理决策等。他的教学信条是谋求理论分析的严谨、明晰和强劲以及理论与管理实践的相关、共鸣与契合。近期管理咨询和高级经理培训项目的客户包括中粮集团、招商局集团、万科集团、腾讯集团、中信银行、民生银行等。
