科研/教育经历
1991和1996年在北京大学电子学系分别获得理学学士和理学博士学位。1996年至今在北京大学电子学系工作。1998至2000年留学于日本大阪大学。2003年被评为博士生导师。现在还担任中国真空学会副秘书长。

完成973课题1项（课题组长）、国家自然科学基金面上项目5项（项目负责人）和国家杰出青年科学基金海外青年学者合作研究基金1项（中方合作者）：

主要研究方向
目前的主要研究方向为纳米材料的场发射、铁电和光电特性。
