研究领域和兴趣：
稀土金属有机杂环试剂的设计、合成及反应性研究；金属催化的碳-氮键活化；基于碳二亚胺分子的化学键活化、形成新反应构建含氮杂环化合物。在研究过程中，秉承“基于机理和金属有机活性中间体的合成化学”研究理念，不仅注重新反应的发现和发展，更注重通过对反应机理的理解和认识，有目的地发现新反应。
