国内外学术兼职:
国务院学位委员会第六、第七届学科评议组核科学与技术组成员(召集人),中国辐射物理学会副理事长、中国辐照效应学会副理事长,中国核物理学会固体核径迹专业委员会前任主任,生物物理学会辐射与环境生物物理专业委员会副主任,磁约束核聚变能国家重点研发计划“十三五”实施方案与指南编写组成员、聚变堆材料规划组召集人等,兰州重离子加速器国家实验室学术委员会委员。Nuclear Track andRadiation Measurements国际委员会执行副主席,OECD-StructuralMaterials for Innovative Nuclear Systems专家组成员,Radiation Effects in Insulators国际委员会委员,Fusion Reactor Materials国际技术委员会委员, Surface Modification ofMaterials with Ion Beams国际会议程序委员会委员。曾担任“第十六届绝缘体辐照损伤国际会议”大会主席、“先进核能系统中材料挑战国际暑期学校”及第十六届国际聚变堆材料大会的Seminar组织委员会主席。

作为负责人主持973课题“强离子辐照引起材料损伤研究”、ITER项目“基于载能粒子辐照的聚变堆材料快速筛选的等效性研究”、国家自然科学基金重点项目“离子径迹法制备纳米孔及其能量转化与物质输运研究”等研究课题。
