I am a professor at the Kavli Institute forAstronomy and Astrophysics and Department of Astronomyat Peking University. I got my B.S. in Physics fromUniversity of Science and Technology of Chinaand Ph.D. in Astrophysics from Princeton University. I was a postdoctoral fellow at Canadian Institutefor Theoretical Astrophysics, a Hubble Fellow at Universityof California at Berkeley, and a research associate at the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysicsat University of California at Santa Cruz. For details, see myCurriculum Vitae .
Research Interests:Astrophysicists apply laws in all fields of physics to study and explain fantastic phenomena, events and objects found in the heavens, and the evolution of the heavensitself. I am a theoretical astrophysicist. My research interests range from galactic and planetary dynamics, black hole physics and Quasars/Active Galactic Nuclei, formation and evolution of galaxies and supermassive black holes, to the reionization of the Universe.
