一、个人简介及主要荣誉称号
陈艳波,分别于2007年、2010年在华中科技大学、中国电力科学研究院获得学士、硕士学位,2013年7月在清华大学电力系统及其自动化专业获得博士学位。2019-2020美国南卫理工会大学访问。现任华北电力大学副教授、硕士生导师,兼任IEEE Access副主编、IEEE Member、CIGRE Member及电力系统保护与控制青年编委会委员等。
陈艳波副教授长期从事电力系统状态估计、最优潮流、能量管理系统,综合能源系统状态估计、最优潮流、能量管理系统,新能源电力系统优化与分析方面的研究工作。建立了基于不确定测度理论的电力系统状态估计模型,并开发了相应的软件系统,提出了综合能源系统动态状态估计的理论和方法,构建了新能源电力系统鲁棒优化调度模型,攻克了新能源电力系统优化与分析中的突出难题;近期重点研究综合能源系统、泛在电力物联网。先后主持2项国家自然科学基金项目、参与国家自然科学基金项目1项、参与国家863子课题1项,主持20余项企事业单位委托科研项目。发表SCI和EI收录论文90余篇,申请发明专利35项,已授权25项;获软件著作权3项。博士论文《基于统计学习理论的电力系统状态估计研究》获清华大学优秀博士学位论文奖;获国网陕西省电力公司科学技术进步一等奖1项、国网湖北省电力公司科学技术进步一等奖1项、国网经研体系科学技术进步二等奖1项。IEEE TRANS(smart grid、power systems、sustainable energy)、Applied Energy、IET、中国电机工程学报、电力系统自动化、电网技术等刊物审稿人。
