一、个人简介及主要荣誉称号
马国明,男,1984年4月生。 2006年、2011年在华北电力大学大学电气工程及其自动化专业(高电压与绝缘技术方向)获得学士、博士学位。2014年被聘为副教授,2018年被评聘为博士生导师,2018年到2019年作为访问教授在美国普林斯顿大学工作。入选中国科协“青年人才托举工程”,荣获“中国电力优秀青年工程师奖”,获“霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师基金”资助,入选华北电力大学首批优青培育计划,IEEE Senior member,中国电极工程学会高级会员。担任中国国家标准化管理委员会委员,作为国际大电网会议D1/B3.57工作组,D1.60工作组中国代表起草两项CIGRE 工作报告,作为IEEE P2426标准工作组secretary组织起草IEEE国际标准,IEEE P2828标准工作组成员。
主要开展电气装备先进传感检测,先进输变电智能装备、电气设备诊断与大数据分析等方面的研究。研制了特高压宽频带GIS设备特快速暂态过电压测量传感器,构建了全光网输电线路状态感知方法,提出了多种针对变电设备的光学智能感知方法。先后主持国家自然科学基金3项、国家重点研发计划课题1项、973子课题1项,北京市自然科学基金2项,高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金1项,作为主研人参与973课题2项,863课题1项。发表SCI论文40余篇,授权国家发明专利20余项。坚持基础研究与服务国家重大需求并重,研究成果多次在我国特高压输电工程中得到了应用。研究成果获得2017年度中国电力科学技术进步奖一等奖,2018年度广东省科技进步二等奖。
