研究方向:  主要从事森林植被碳储量与空间结构遥感探测机理与方法,遥感理论模型的发展,基于遥感理论模型与多源遥感数据的森林生态与碳循环过程研究,特别致力于推动我国星载摄影测量数据在区域森林碳循环过程中的应用研究。具体包括:
  遥感基础研究
  森林遥感基础理论模型的发展, 包括雷达后向散射模型、激光雷达回波模型、植被光学模型。
  遥感关键技术研究
  基于地基激光雷达数据的三维森林场景重建;
  基于低空无人机数据的高精度森林结构参数及其动态变化提取与建模;
  机载雷达数据处理与森林结构参数反演;
  星载遥感大数据的自动化数据处理技术开发;
  多源遥感数据协同反演关键技术开发。

  区域/全球森林碳库储量估算;
  森林生态系统生物多样性遥感观测。
