简　　历：李智斌，男，研究员。1987年在厦门大学计算机与系统科学系控制理论专业获学士学位，1997在中国空间技术研究院自动控制理论及应用专业获硕士学位，2003年在清华大学工程力学系一般力学专业获博士学位。现任中国科学院光电研究院气球飞行器研究中心控制与电子学方向学术带头人。
主要研究方向为空间机器人、卫星、空间站、高超声速飞行器、浮空飞行器及无人机的动力学、智能自适应容错控制。先后负责设计并研制了航天器智能控制平台、带可伸缩挠性结构气浮台的航天器变结构变参数实验系统、空间智能控制技术国防科技重点实验室故障模拟与容错控制实验系统。先后主要承担及主持了国防科技“七五”“八五”“九五”重点项目、863/973、国家自然科学基金（面上、重点及重大研究计划）项目、国家高分辨率对地观测专项论证、中科院先导专项等项目，发表论文80余篇，GF国防科技报告6篇，已授权专利15项。
