The forepart optical path of the existing photoelastic system is optimized, and the electrically controlled rotating polarization and automatic interpretation technology are proposed, then a dynamic photoelastic experiment system with high stability is developed. High precision stress measurement is realized by Senarmont compensation method. The results of repeated measurements show that the relative standard deviation of the system is less than 1%.
