个人简况
　男，1966年生于山东，1988年、1991年在中国地质大学（武汉）分别获得学士、硕士学位，2003年获中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所博士学位。地球物理学会会员。中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员，博士生导师。
　主要研究方向
　长期从事地震波传播理论及应用研究，发展了转换函数方法，并用于云南、西藏、中国大陆的地壳结构研究中；提出了用于地震定位的模拟退火方法；利用震源机制及噪声成像方法，对青藏高原隆升的动力学机制进行了有益的探讨；将跨井VSP理论应用于大庆油田的实际资料处理，完善了软件系统；将反Q滤波方法直接用于深度剖面处理；对GPU加速算法进行了改进。
　主要研究方向：GIS、RS及工程地质应用。
　近期主要研究工作：（1）结合遥感技术研究大地震所产生的同震形变、利用地震波方法研究地下构造；（2）环境地质灾害机理及过程模型研究、环境地质灾害风险分析等。
　近期主要项目
　先后主持自然基金项目5项（已结题4项，在研1项），参加10余项。除此以外，还主持中国科学院项目1项，参加中科院、科技部、发改委等部门项目10余项。近期科研项目包括：
　“青藏高原地壳分层Q值成像—基于面波振幅层析成像方法”（基金面上项目**）、多地震学方法联合研究华南褶皱（基金面上项目**），科技部973项目“煤中有害元素环境污染评价”（子专题负责人）及地方委托项目“福建省典型敏感区滑坡降雨临界值”等。
