　　男，湖北随州人，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。1998年获中南大学学士学位，2003年获长沙理工大学硕士学位，2006年获中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所地图学与地理信息系统专业博士学位，2009年9月博士后出站留所工作。中国卫生信息学会卫生地理信息专委会秘书长，中国自然资源学会自然资源信息系统专业委员会委员，中国卫生信息学会健康医疗大数据政府决策支持与标准化专业委员会委员，高级程序员、信息系统高级项目管理师（工信部和人社部），高级工程师（中国卫星通讯集团）。曾获中国卫生信息学会优秀论文奖（2016年度），测绘科技进步一等奖（2015年度，排名第15），中国自然资源学会青年科技奖（2013年度），地理信息科技进步三等奖（2012年度，排名第4）等。
研究领域和方向
　　主要从事：（1）环境与健康空间信息分析及应用研究；（2）地理信息系统（GIS）和遥感（RS）基础理论研究、应用软件体系结构的分析、设计和软件研发工作。
科研业绩
自2011年以来，先后主持或参与国家重点研发计划、国家科技重大专项、国家高分辨率对地观测重大专项、国家科技支撑计划、中科院知识创新、中德国际合作、世行贷款等项目和课题40多项。取得软件著作权证书32项，合作编写专著1部，参与编写专著2部和规范1册。发表各类科研论文50余篇，其中SCI论文22篇，EI论文10篇。撰写咨询报告2份，均被中央办公厅采纳，其中1份被国家领导人批示。
目前主持：（1）国家高分辨率对地观测系统重大专项（民用部分）课题“高分信息元数据技术规范研究”（2016-2017）；（2）国家高分辨率对地观测系统重大专项（民用部分）课题“疾病预防控制遥感信息环境要素关联与提取关键技术研究及应用示范（一期）”（2014-2017）；（3）国家重点研发计划子课题“突发生物危害地理环境要素空间数据整合” （2016-2018）；（4）国家重大科技专项子课题“油气资产投资优化组合平台研发”（2016-2019）。
