李国主,男,1980年9月生于湖南,博士,中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所研究员。主要从事电离层探测技术研发、低纬电离层探测网络建设、电离层不均匀体诊断与机理研究等工作。在JGR和GRL等国际期刊发表多篇论文,多次担任JGR, GRL, Radio Science, PEPS, Ann. Geo., JATP, ASR, EPS, Space Weather, IEEE-TGRS, IEEE-Access, 中国科学和地球物理学报等杂志审稿人。
