简历:
  祁生文,研究员,博士生导师,宁夏彭阳人。主持/参加了包括自然科学基金在内研究项目30余项。在岩质边坡地震动力响应方面、岩体结构动力效应方面以及岩质高边坡深部重力变形成因机制取得创新性成果。发表专著3部,论文123篇,国家发明专利3项。
