摘要点击次数:164 全文下载次数:0 中文摘要: 肼是一种广泛使用的的化工原料,但它也是一种有毒化学品,对人类健康和环境安全有着严重威胁。因此,开发一种方便、快速检测肼的方法具有重要的意义。本研究制备了一种芘甲醛纳米粒子探针,能和肼快速反应,从而使探针的荧光信号发生变化,实现对肼的荧光检测。该探针对肼具有高选择性和灵敏性。利用芘甲醛纳米粒子制备了芘甲醛脂质体纳米粒子探针,成功地应用于Hela细胞和斑马鱼中肼的成像。 英文摘要: Hydrazine is an important raw material in many industries. However, it can cause harm to humans. Thus, it is imperative to develop a convenient and effective detection method for hydrazine. Because Pyrenecarboxaldehyde is hydrophobic, it can aggregate in aqueous solution to form nanoparticle and emit fluorescence. And Pyrenecarboxaldehyde has an aldehyde group on pyrene ring, which has high activity towards hydrazine. In this work, we attempted to employ Pyrenecarboxaldehyde nanoparticle probe to monitor hydrazine. Probe has strong blue emission in aqueous solution. After adding hydrazine, the product forms amino group which leads to enhanced water solubility. Then, the product is dissolved in aqueous solution and the fluorescence disappears. It is proved in this work that probe exhibits high sensitivity with a low detection limit. In order to image hydrazine in vivo, liposome has been employed to prepare Pyrenecarboxaldehyde liposomal nanoparticle. Then, exploring the effect of liposomal nanoparticle probe on cell viability. The result shows the cell viability remains at a high level in different concentrations of liposome nanoparticle probes. This liposomal nanoparticle probe is suitable for cells imaging. The cells and zebrafishes which are incubated with liposomal nanoparticle probe display blue emission under the fluorescence microscope. After treating with hydrazine, the blue emission disappeared.
