摘要点击次数:1028 全文下载次数:0 中文摘要: 通过DL-苹果酸与邻苯二胺以盐酸盐形式在乙二醇中发生缩合反应,合成了一种双苯并咪唑化合物二(2-苯并咪唑)乙醇(HbbImet),采用静态失重法、极化曲线法和电化学阻抗谱研究了HbbImet在0.5mol/L的盐酸溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能,并探讨了缓蚀机理。结果表明,同一温度条件下HbbImet的缓蚀效率随其浓度的增加而增大,同一浓度条件下HbbImet的缓蚀效率温度的升高而减小。25℃下当HbbImet浓度为120mg/L时,其缓蚀效率可达92.23%,具有良好的缓蚀性能。HbbImet的添加显著增大了腐蚀反应的表观活化能,有效抑制了腐蚀反应的进行,是一种以控制阴极析氢过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂。 英文摘要: The bis-(1-H-benzoimidazol-2-yl) ethanol(HbbImet) was synthesized by DL-malic acid with o-phenylenediamine in ethylene glycol in different hydrochloride forms. The corrosion inhibition performance of HbbImet for Q235 steel was tested by weight loss method, polarization curve, electrical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) in 0.5mol/L HCl solution, and the corrosion inhibition mechanism of the corrosion inhibition effect for Q235 steel was also discussed. The results showed that the inhibition efficiency increased with the increasing of HbbImet concentration at the same temperature,while decreased as the increasing of temperature with the same HbbImet concentration.The inhibition efficiency of HbbImet can up to 92.23% when the concentration of HbbImet is 120mg/L at 25℃, as well as showed a good corrosion inhibition effect. The apparent activation energy of corrosion reaction was significantly increased by the addition of HbbImet, which indicated that the process of corrosion reaction was effectively inhibited, and it was a mix-type inhibitor which had great restraint action on cathodic hydrogen evolution. 查看全文查看/发表评论下载PDF阅读器 相关附件:附件1版权转让声明书修改说明 -->
